Teams
Each team's first minute: how often it scored by 11:00, how often its opponent did, and how often both did.
Scored = the team had a point by 11:00 (home and away split beside it). Allowed = its opponent did. Both = the prop hit in its games. First = it scored the game's first point. Median first point = the Q1 clock at its first point, in a typical game. Close = its first point came at 10:59–10:45, just too late.
Luck alone moves a team's rate about ±5 points over 82 games (±12 over 15), so most of this spread is noise. Last season, a team's rate in its odd-numbered games matched its even-numbered games only loosely (correlation 0.46 for scoring, 0.11 for allowing), and season to season not at all (0.04).
